We have the Allen Roth laminate installed in a 800 sq feet basement, and big great room and dining. It looks aweful with all the scratches. We have only used a Dyson V6 soft head cleaner on it and there's lot of scratches all over it. I will be contacting Lowes soon.

I had 150 sq ft allen and roth laminate installed. Afterwards I noticed severe scratches and thought the installer did them when moving appliances. But they were in places where there were no appliances. I contacted Allen and Roth and although there were no scratches in the display of the product or in the sample they responded that it was part of the design. Eventually they said that they would credit me for the product but not the installation. The installation was four times more than the product. This is such a rip off; I can't believe Lowes carries this product.
