We also used Pergo XP brand and were totally satisfied. Quite a project for a novice but we did the entire first level about 500 SF and it was a lot of work but worth it. We're looking to do the upstairs and was looking at other brands but after reviews we'll stick with Pergo. We have mastiff with big nails and the Pergo still looks great after 4 years of use.
