crossing the joint or parallel to the joint ???? does it make a difference ?????

thank you for your answer

ANSWER
Most of the time I run it parallel mainly because it looks better to run it the length of the mobile home. There is no right or wrong way to do it. I always ask my client which way they want their floor to go.

You need to check to see that the joint is level where the two sides of the mobile home are connected. If one side is a lot higher than the other it can be sanded down with a belt sander. If that doesn't help, the best thing to do is to use a thicker laminate 12 to 14mm which is more rigid and helps in cases of uneven floors.

From what I have seen over the years is that most sub floors are not flat. If you want them flat you could spend quit a bit of money. You have to figure out if its worth it.
