This stuff is the worst laminate flooring out there. It is not a good system. No matter what I did I ended up with sections that would not attach properly to the adjacent piece. I ended up taking everything apart and I will not use what I have. I will be looking for a proper good system that will attach properly and ensure that the flooring will not lift over time.
DON't BUY THIS TYPE OF FLOORING!

This flooring is the worst brand ever. Like other persons' comments, mine is also coming apart. And it was not easy to lock together.

i bought this Truswell hickory laminate to install over 1200 sqft old hardwood floors not worth refinishing.I like the product which I purchased at Home Depot but the installation was a disaster. Home Depot should not recommend or refer contractors they know nothing about- other than they have a registered business and a bank account. These guys didn't read instructions and obviously had never installed laminate flooring prior. They didn't cut door jams nor measure or cut properly. Closets were not finished. They hammered the laminate in place, which you shouldn't do.

Do you have a specification sheet you could forward? We are planning to install this product over in floor heating in a condo at grade level.

Today I picked up 5 boxes of this flooring to finish up a project I had started a little while ago.
The product has changed name and the SKU is different as well, hence the fact that you, and I were told Home Depot no longer carried it.
The new name is Truswell Hickory, the SKU 1001034141, 34073 HC.

i HAVE THIS FLOORING ON MY MAIN FLOOR, AND LOVE IT. I AMD NOW DOING MY DOWNSTAIRS, BUT I AM THREE BOX'S SHORT.HOME DEPOT NO LONGER HAS IT. ANYONE HAVE EXTRA?

We installed this floor over One Step and it is the noisiest floor ever. All the seems sound like they are cracking. The entire floor sounds like this.
We installed it in our brand new basement apartment and we are so disappointed... How do we fix this??

I am a.Project Mgr General Contractor and have had laminate flooring installed by others. This was my first DIY installing a laminate myself in my home office. My.16 yr old daughter, my wife and I installed 150 sqft in a little under three hours without issue. The finished floor looks great. Im baffled about what problems you could have been having with this flooring.

This flooring is the best laminate system we have found, my wife and father in law installed it in our room and closet in less then 3 hrs (350 sq ft)

We have have just bought more to do the rest of the main floor. Follow directions, use some common sense, and stop knocking a great product.

I agree this stuff is the worst laminate ever, it does not go together properly and if it does it does not stay in place. Avoid at all cost.
